Independent
player development consultations.

45 minutes online or 2 hours in person, with someone who works outside your player's club, coach, and academy.

Most decisions about a player's development are made by people inside the system. The coach who picks them. The academy that scouts them. The parent who lives with them. Each one sees a piece. None of them sees the full picture, and none of them is independent.

I am.

I work privately with players from age 8 to professional level. The work is one player at a time. The output is a clear read of where they actually are, what's holding them back, and what the next twelve months should look like.

What you get

Online consultation. £200.

45 minutes on video.

Before the session, you send me one clip of the player in a match and a short written context (current club, age, position, what you're worried about). I review both before we speak.

The session itself is diagnostic. We talk about what I've seen, I ask questions about the system around the player, and by the end you have a clear picture on three things:

  1. What is genuinely strong about this player's game right now.
  2. What is holding them back and whether it is fixable.
  3. What the next twelve months should focus on.

After the session, you receive a written summary with the diagnostic and the twelve-month framework.

In-person consultation. £500.

Two hours on the pitch.

Before the session, you send me clips and context. I review both before we meet.

The session itself has three parts:

  • A short technical assessment with the player.
  • A working session where I see them under load.
  • A conversation with the parent or with the player directly, depending on age and who booked.

By the end you have a clear picture on three things:

  1. What is genuinely strong about this player's game right now.
  2. What is holding them back and whether it is fixable.
  3. What the next twelve months should focus on.

After the session, you receive a written summary with the diagnostic and the twelve-month framework.

Who is it for

This session is for:

  • Parents of players aged 8 to 17 who want an independent read on their child's development.
  • Players aged 16 and older who want a private diagnostic on their own game, outside the influence of their current coach, club, or agent.
  • Advisors, agents, and family members booking on behalf of a player.

Who this is not for

Parents looking for a single drill session or a fitness assessment. The work is diagnostic. It is not a coaching session.

Players looking for short-term reassurance. If you want to be told you're good enough, this isn't the right place. The work is honest.

Anyone looking for a verdict on whether to quit. I read the player and the system around them. I don't make that decision for the family.

Coaches looking for advice on a player they coach. I work with coaches separately. That's a different conversation.

I am not sure this is for me

Send me one sentence on what your player is struggling with. I'll reply within 48 hours with either a link to book, or with a question that helps us both decide whether this is the right next step.

My expertise

Fifteen years of community coaching at one of London's most diverse boroughs. Hundreds of players across every background.

Professional playing career across two football cultures (Europe and Africa). Knowing how different systems support and fail a player is the start of telling which is failing the one in front of you.

Current private work with professional players at international level. The diagnostic framework that works for a senior international works for an 11 year old. What changes is the load.

London Sport Award in 2026 for Volunteer of the Year.

Independent of clubs. Independent of academies. Independent of the people who already have an opinion about your player.
